I love Le Tour De Mount Pleasant because of the energy. It is one of the biggest race weekends in Michigan, which means everyone is excited and having fun!
Biggest Accomplishments
I am most proud of being recruited to ride for Marian University. I have been riding for them since fall of 2015. It's a great opportunity for me to progress, and I am excited for that.
Advice
I would say being smart is one of the best attributes of great cyclists. In training and in racing, being smart and making good decisions can be key to having a good ride, or bonking.
If I'm Not Competing...
Usually when I'm not racing I'm with friends, just hanging out and training. School here at Marian has become a large consumer of my free time recently, but I still manage time to be social.
One Thing You Don't Know About Me:
I'm a vegetarian. I have been for almost 10 years now, and I love it. It just means my nutrition is slightly unique.
