Favorite Race: My favorite race is the Barry-Roubaix. The great people of Hastings host an amazing race in the very beautiful Barry County which is a gravel course that is right in my back yard.

Biggest Accomplishments

Last year I won my first podium finish ever, taking 1st for my age group at the Dirty 30. Although I haven't been cycling for very many years, I'm happy to knock down 7K miles for the first time last year.

Advice

I would recommend finding a great group of guys to ride with on a regular basis to not only receive needed coaching and advice, but also reap the benefits of camaraderie. And, stick with it.
