This off road triathlon event offers a 1/2 mile loop, counter clockwise swim starting on the beach. The Bike is 10 miles on the Ionia Recreation MTB trial. 5 miles of pure single track and a fast finish on rail trail. The 5k run is a small amount of road mixed with single track.
